Gradile Apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor of the cottage. Access by stone staircase with a small covered gallery,  living room, kitchen gaz equipped, 2 double bedrooms , large terrace with table and sun umbrella. 80 sqm plus terrace.

All rates are per apartments, it includes VAT, water, electricity and heating gas, linen for the whole house, swimming pool use from June to early September weather permitting, weekly linen change, final cleaning (kitchen excluded), parking unguarded and WiFi.

Security deposit of 200 euros payable on arrival, refundable upon departure. Kitchen cleaning 50 Euro if not done by guests.
